Welcome to Restaurant Legends. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is accurate. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing or inventory error, and if we do we will refund anything you paid. Frozen shipping is free on orders of 6 or more dishes, and orders of fewer than 6 dishes add a flat $40 frozen shipping and handling charge, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Food safety, storage, and allergens

Our dishes are prepared by participating restaurants in their own kitchens, which may handle common allergens including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free of an allergen. If you or anyone you are feeding has an allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before you order. Keep your dishes frozen until you are ready to use them, and heat them using the instructions provided with your order. You are responsible for storing and preparing your food safely once it is delivered.

Subscriptions

Monthly and prepaid Legends Boxes are governed by our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

Our content

The Restaurant Legends name, the site, and its photos and text belong to us or to our restaurant partners. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.

Limits of our responsibility

We provide our products and site as described, and we stand behind them with the Legends Guarantee. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total responsibility for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
