Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to our Monthly and Prepaid Legends Box options. A one-time purchase is a single order and has no recurring charges.

Monthly Legends Box

A Monthly Legends Box renews and is charged once a month. You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time. To avoid the next charge, make your change before your next ship date, using your customer account or by emailing us. A change takes effect for your next box. A box that has already been charged and gone into preparation or shipping cannot be canceled, but the Legends Guarantee applies to anything that arrives with a problem.

Prepaid plans (3 or 6 months)

A prepaid plan is paid up front and delivers one box each month for the plan length. You can skip or pause deliveries. If you cancel a prepaid plan, email us and we will refund the boxes that have not yet gone into preparation. Boxes already prepared or shipped are not refunded.
